It is true that problems always exist and the fact that they are can either be a positive or a negative thing depending on our perspective cos problems can either take us where we wanna go or put us down & immobilize our movements.
solving problems isn't always a matter of how cos we may know how to workout or overcome a problem but that doesn't automatically result in solving it .however,if you agree and follow these few guidelines i'm about to share with you then i gurantee you success and that you will be able to solve any problem
1.Problems are opportunities,NO! well think again cos if there were no problems then how would we know what we need to improve and change in our lives so problems are signs of change telling us that we need to improve in some respect to be truly happy and successful
2.when facing a problem,don't panic!step out and see what you can do!and no matter what happens try to always separate yourself from your problems cos i don't care what any body told you cos i know that your problems are not your problems.
3.problems and solutions are always dual which means that the solution to any problem comes along with that problem and all you need to do is clear out the dust before your eyes,stop thinking and intentionally concentrate and you will see the solution clear enough and to do that you need to have a sense of humility.
4.focus on the future and what you can do Not what you can't do.
5.if every thing else fails,try this :DO NOTHING! get a way from the problem and return to it later cos this way you're allowing your inner powers to help you find the solution and gather the strength to overcome the problem just you gotta keep the FAITH it will workout well in the end.
6.Be Grateful!no matter what happens focus on what you have not what you don't,focus on your strengths not your weaknesses,etc
ultimately keep in mind that problems only exist in our minds and as long we see it as a problem we will feel bad about them until we realize that the problem is there to help us grow and succeed not the opposite & remember that EVEN BAD THINGS HAPPEN FOR A GOOD REASON
