5 Crucial Skills to communicate and Build your Business faster!

Communication in the corporate world must be balanced and managed effectively between the market(customers,competitors,partners,etc) and the internal communication within the company's body among its various departments & divisions

To communicate more effectively you need to consider the following:

1)Clarify your objectives!
It is imperative that you know what you want being it clear in your mind so you can negotiate well and get the results that you want.

2)Who is your targeted audience?
Conveying a message and knowing what you want is only half the way to getting what you want the 2nd half is knowing whom your trying to deliver so you can know how to best communicate it:via email,report,media,etc

3)Be Clear and Simple
Clarity and simplicity by simplifying your words and avoiding descriptive/ambiguous words such as good, beautiful,bad,etc allows your message to be as clear as possible.

4)Check!
Communication is a 2 way process and by asking the other person to paraphrase what they understood will tell you if they got the message or not.

5)Be Consistent
Consistency means repeating the same message using different channels of communication:twitter, Facebook,brochures,etc to avoid confusion.
